Job description :

• Contact potential client client to inform them about product and service
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer in the database
• Take and process orders in accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful

Requirements:

• Proven experienced as telesales representative or other sales/CS role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota prefarably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer program and telephone system (ie. Qontak tool)
• Good communication and able to handle rejection
• Minimal 1-3 yearsof work experience as Telesales/Telemarketing/Presales Agent
• Diploma/Bachelor degree’s in any major
